Due to the nature of handmade products, NO two items will have the exact same pattern/shades of colors. Sometimes there will be a little ‘bump’ on the ceramic pieces that happened due to the chemical reaction during firing. It doesn’t affect the functionality and adds a little more character to the piece. Please only purchase if you are aware and okay with this condition.

The approximate measurements of the mango matcha bowl is:

Matcha bowl: approximately 4.2 inches across from the top, 3.15 inches tall.

The lead time for this item is 4-6 weeks, starting from the time your order is places. This listing is subject to ship out between the week of July 6th and July 13th. It will take 5-7 business days or more to deliver. We as the shop has NO CONTROL over any delays that the carriers might experience that impacts the delivery time. 

* For this mango matcha bowl, one bowl comes with a hand-painted produce sticker. No sticker is an option upon request.

**Standard stickers(1776/ USA; 1821/MEX; 1912/Taiwan) are at NO extra cost. 

***Custom stickers are extra $20/sticker. Each cup can only fit one sticker.  You can choose for up to 6 digits; and 6 letters. Letters will be in CAPITAL ONLY.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No refund or return are accepted. IF the items were broken upon arrival, please take photos and email me at Fareastpottery@gmail.com WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE and I will take care of it the best I can. Beyond the five days window, I wont’ be able to offer further assistance. Handmade ceramics require delicate care. Sometimes they will still develop glaze crack over time; when such situation happens, I won’t be able to replace the item since that’s the nature of handmade ceramics.
